Dear UDemand Health Family,

We are deeply committed to providing you with the highest quality care and personalized attention. To continue delivering this standard of service amidst rising operational costs as many labs and coaches have made adjustments to their costs, we will be implementing a pricing adjustment along with utilizing a NEW CANCELLATION POLICY starting January 1, 2025

Program prices will see only minimal changes and will allow the most savings, as the largest increase will be affecting our 'pay-as-you-go' or hourly rates. Current appointments made through 12/31/2024 and already scheduled for early 2025 will be honored at 2024 pricing, but follow-up visits will reflect the updated 2025 rates.

We understand that price changes can be challenging, and we’ve worked to keep these adjustments as minimal as possible. Your health and trust are our top priorities, and we remain dedicated to supporting your wellness journey. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
